Towing in Kensington
Kensington is where the shop is. 619 Coney Island Avenue sits in the middle of it, which makes this the fastest response area we have — a breakdown here is usually a few minutes away, and the tow and the repair happen the same afternoon.

How fast we reach Kensington.
Our own block — the shop is on Coney Island Avenue in Kensington. Fastest response of any borough. We are based here, so most Brooklyn calls are short runs back to our own shop.
What makes Kensington different.
Not generic advice — these are the things that actually change which truck we send and how we get your car out.
The F train viaduct on McDonald Avenue
McDonald Avenue runs under the elevated F line for most of its length, and the steel columns down the centre leave narrow lanes either side. A loaded flatbed cannot turn there comfortably, so we usually work off Coney Island Avenue and bring the vehicle out on a wheel-lift.
Alternate-side parking, twice a week
Most Kensington side streets are double-parked solid on cleaning days. Wheel-lift is often the only way to extract a car from the middle of a row without touching the vehicles either side.
Church Avenue congestion
Church is the main east-west artery and it backs up badly through the middle of the day. If you are stuck on it, tell us which side of Coney Island Avenue you are on — it changes our approach completely.

Any of these is enough to locate you. If you're on a parkway, the nearest exit number is faster than a street name.

And it can go straight into our own bay.
Most tows end at a yard where a stranger looks at your car whenever they get to it. Our shop is at 619 Coney Island Avenue, so a Kensington pickup can be diagnosed and repaired by the same company that towed it — one invoice, no second tow, and nobody blaming the last operator.
