How fast we reach Flatlands.
About twenty minutes southeast, out along Kings Highway or Flatlands Avenue. Fastest response of any borough. We are based here, so most Brooklyn calls are short runs back to our own shop.

Shared driveways, tight angles
Much of Flatlands is semi-detached rows with narrow shared driveways, and the classic call is a dead car blocking a neighbor's way out. A flatbed cannot square up to most of these driveways; this is wheel-lift work at an angle, done slowly, without touching the fence on either side. Tell us it is a shared driveway when you call and we send the right truck the first time.
The commercial strip along Flatlands and Ralph
The blocks around Flatlands and Ralph Avenues carry auto shops, contractors and delivery fleets, and a fair share of our calls here are work vans and box trucks rather than sedans. If it is a commercial vehicle, give us the length and whether it is loaded: it decides which truck comes.
No subway means dead batteries
Cars here sit through vacations and alternate-side swaps in a way they do not in transit-rich neighborhoods, and the first cold snap produces a morning cluster of no-starts. Half of these are a jump, not a tow: say what the car does when you turn the key, and we will not sell you a flatbed you do not need.

Most tows end at a yard where a stranger looks at your car whenever they get to it. Our shop is at 619 Coney Island Avenue, so a Flatlands pickup can be diagnosed and repaired by the same company that towed it: one invoice, no second tow, and nobody blaming the last operator.
