Services

What we handle in the bays.

  • Oil & fluid service

Conventional, synthetic blend, and full synthetic, plus filters and a full fluid check.

  • Brakes

Pads, rotors, calipers, lines, and ABS diagnosis — measured and quoted before any work starts.

  • Engine diagnostics

Check-engine lights traced to the actual fault, not just read and guessed at from the code.

  • Transmission service

Fluid and filter service, leak repair, and shift-quality diagnosis for automatics and manuals.

  • Suspension & steering

Struts, shocks, control arms, bushings, tie rods, and wheel bearings — the parts NYC potholes destroy.

  • Heating & A/C

Leak detection, recharge, compressor and blower work, heater cores.

  • Tires & alignment

Mounting, balancing, rotation, patching, and four-wheel alignment.

  • NYS inspection

Annual safety and emissions inspection, with any failures repairable on site.

How we work

Three things that don't change.

01

You approve before we start

We diagnose, call you with what we found, and quote it. Nothing gets done that you haven't said yes to.

02

We show you the old part

Whatever came off the car is there when you pick it up. If you want to see the wear, you can.

03

We can tow it in ourselves

If it can't be driven, the same company that repairs it picks it up. One invoice, no second tow.

Body damage too?

Collision work runs out of the same building. We write the estimate, deal with your adjuster, and do the frame, panel, and paint work here rather than sending you to a third company.

Questions

Before you bring it in.

  • Do I need an appointment?

Calling ahead is better — it means we know what the car is doing and can have a bay ready rather than adding you to a queue. Walk-ins are fine for quick work.

  • Will you tell me the price before you do the work?

Always. We diagnose, call you with what we found, and quote it. Nothing gets done that you haven't approved.

  • Can I see the parts you replaced?

Yes. Whatever came off the car is there when you pick it up if you want to look at it.

  • My car can't be driven. Can you pick it up?

Yes — we run our own tow trucks, so the same company that repairs it collects it. One invoice, and no coordinating between two businesses.

  • Can my insurance company make me use their body shop?

No. In New York the choice of repair shop is yours. An insurer can recommend a shop in their network, but they cannot require you to use it.

Book the car in.

Tell us the symptom — the noise, the light, the smell — and roughly when you can drop it. If it can't be driven, we'll tow it in ourselves.
