Towing in Bensonhurst
Bensonhurst is one of the neighborhoods we reach fastest, and one where the truck we send matters most. The elevated D line runs the length of New Utrecht Avenue and then 86th Street, and half the neighborhood's shopping happens underneath it. A breakdown on 86th is a wheel-lift call before anyone has said another word.

How fast we reach Bensonhurst.
About fifteen minutes — down McDonald Avenue or Ocean Parkway, then across on Bay Parkway. Fastest response of any borough. We are based here, so most Brooklyn calls are short runs back to our own shop.
What makes Bensonhurst different.
Not generic advice — these are the things that actually change which truck we send and how we get your car out.
The el over 86th Street and New Utrecht Avenue
The West End line sits directly above the roadway on steel columns for most of its route through the neighborhood. There is no room to raise a flatbed deck beneath it, the lanes either side of the columns are narrow, and the shops keep the curb full. We come in with a wheel-lift, hook from the street side, and take the car to the first open cross street before it goes anywhere else.
Bay Parkway at the Belt, and the shopping lots
The big-box lots along Shore Parkway at Bay Parkway produce a steady run of no-starts and lockouts, and the Belt exit right beside them is a short merge with almost no shoulder. If you are in a lot, give us the store; if you are on the Belt, give us the direction and the exit — those are two different approaches to the same corner.
18th Avenue on a weekend
The commercial strip is double-parked with deliveries from mid-morning and slows to a crawl on Sundays. A car that dies in the traffic lane there has to be moved before it can be loaded properly; we push or drag it to a hydrant and load from there rather than closing the avenue.

Any of these is enough to locate you. If you're on a parkway, the nearest exit number is faster than a street name.

And it can go straight into our own bay.
Most tows end at a yard where a stranger looks at your car whenever they get to it. Our shop is at 619 Coney Island Avenue, so a Bensonhurst pickup can be diagnosed and repaired by the same company that towed it — one invoice, no second tow, and nobody blaming the last operator.
