Flatbush Avenue bus traffic
Flatbush is a major bus corridor with dedicated lanes in places. Blocking one is not an option, so recoveries on the avenue itself are quick in-and-out jobs and we will often ask you to be waiting at the car.
Older vehicles, more no-starts
A larger share of our jump-start and no-start calls come from Flatbush than anywhere else we serve. We test the charging system before leaving rather than jumping it and letting you fail again an hour later.
Apartment courtyards and rear lots
A lot of the housing stock has cars parked in rear courtyards reached through a single narrow entry. Those are winch-and-wheel-lift jobs; a flatbed cannot physically get in.
