Seatbelt on, hazards up. Standing beside a car on the Belt or the Cross Bronx is far more dangerous than sitting in it.

On a parkway or expressway the nearest exit or mile marker locates you far faster than a cross street.

How much does a tow cost in NYC?
It depends on distance, the equipment the job needs, and whether the vehicle rolls. We quote you a price on the phone before the truck leaves — not after it arrives, and not once your car is already loaded.
How long will it take you to get to me?
Brooklyn is fastest since our shop is on Coney Island Avenue. Queens and Manhattan are regular runs. The Bronx and Staten Island take longer, and we'll tell you a real window up front so you can decide whether to wait for us or call someone closer.
Can you tow my car to my own mechanic instead of your shop?
Yes. It's your vehicle and your choice where it goes. We'd obviously like the work, but a tow is a tow — tell us the destination and that's where it goes.
Can you get a car out of a parking garage?
Usually. Most NYC garages have clearances a loaded flatbed can't enter, so we pull the vehicle to street level on a wheel-lift or winch first, then load it there. Tell us it's in a garage when you call so we send the right truck.
Do you tow all-wheel-drive cars?
On a flatbed, yes. An AWD or 4WD vehicle towed with two wheels on the road can damage the transfer case and driveline, so those go on a full deck.
My car was in an accident. What happens next?
Once everyone is safe and the report is filed, call us. We pick the vehicle up from the scene, and if you want the repair done with us it goes straight into our own body shop — so you're not paying a second tow to move it later, and one company handles the estimate and the claim.
Do I have to be with the car when you arrive?
Usually yes, because we need the keys and your authorisation to move it. For some situations we can arrange otherwise — ask when you call.
Does my insurance cover the tow?
Many policies include towing or roadside coverage, and collision claims often cover it too. Check your policy or ask your carrier. We can provide an itemised invoice for reimbursement either way.
